What is a migraine

A migraine is a common neurological condition characterized by severe headaches, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and heightened sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine attacks can last from a few hours to several days and can significantly disrupt daily life.

I am Fiona Helle, reflexologist in Geneva, and I offer specialized reflexology treatments for migraines.

My approach

I aim to relieve you in the moment, but my goal is also to make you autonomous and independent. At the end of each session, I provide you with tools that you can try at home to discover what works best for you.

Support

What I offer is migraine support through reflexology, and this does not in any way replace medication or medical prescription. Reflexology sessions for migraines can, however, complement a treatment plan and be part of a broader wellness approach.
