Réflexologie pour ENFANTS, ADULTES ET SENIORS

I relieve your aches and pains with my hands through reflexology

With your well-being and deep relaxation in mind, reflexology sessions can help improve a range of issues. Whether you are experiencing insomnia, sluggish digestion or muscle pain, I support you with my expertise and attentive listening.

Reflexology: a holistic approach to your well-being

Reflexology is a therapeutic technique based on stimulating reflex zones located on the feet, the hands and the ears, which correspond to different parts of the body. By applying precise pressure to these points, reflexology aims to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve blood circulation
  • Relieve pain and tension
  • Stimulate the immune system
  • Support digestion
  • Improve lymphatic circulation

My goal

I do not replace a doctor or any ongoing treatment. However, I can help you feel better day to day and become more independent in managing your health.

This may involve different elements

  • Stretches to do at home
  • Paying attention to your breathing
  • Changing a dietary habit
  • Encouraging mobility

Each session is an opportunity to review what is working for you in your day-to-day life. I suggest other avenues for the next session so that you gain a better understanding of how you function and what helps you feel better.
